- To add to the new e-mail address a free access to online English and IT courses
- To strengthen the image of innovative city that takes care of the citizens' needs, thanks to an important e-learning activity
- Contents: online access to the first level of the English course Opera Multimedia and British Institutes and to the ECDL module on the Internet and e-mail
- Technology: creation of a registration page and development of online learning environments for both courses
