Objectives
E-YES project aims at reducing the “digital divide”, between European citizens who can benefit from IT technologies (applied to education), and European citizens who cannot access the same technologies because of their disability. Specifically, the project aims at innovating national vocational training systems and practices addressed to Visually Impaired Persons.
Partners
Multimedia Campus is Project Coordinator, while the Department of Informatics of the University of Pavia is the Promoting Organization. Other partners are the Italian Blind Association and 7 European organization active in the field of VIPs training: BFW Düren (Germany), German Federation of the Blind (Germany), LINK MV (Germany), Rehabilitation for the Blind Foundation (Bulgaria), Royal National College for the Blind (UK), Institute for the Blind and Partially Sighted (Poland).
