Methodology
The importance of methodology
A good methodology can be fundamental.
Designing an educational product means to effectively blend all the elements involved in an e-learning activity: contents, technology, cognitive aspects, specific professional skills.
Stage 1: Defining objectives and targets
General or specific, objectives should always adapt to the characteristics of the targets; only in this way we will be able to prepare the most suitable activities for the transfer of knowledge and skills to them.
Stage 2: Analysing teaching materials
We must examine the course's contents one by one in order to decide the best form for their multimedia adaptation.
Stage 3: Organising contents
Once dismantled, we will redesign the contents in a new structural map that underlines:
While designing the course, let us not forget evaluation moments, in order both to monitor the general trend and to check the achievement of educational objectives.

- the didactic approach
- the development of navigation paths
- ways of use
- the organisation in modules, learning units, assessment units, exercises...
