A complex task
The creation of contents for e-learning is a complex task composed of didactics, methodology and technology.
For us, e-learning is starting that process, coordinate it and communicate to the market the results of our work; we call them educational products.
Starting with didactics
Everything starts from the author.
Being an expert on the subject, he/she prepares the contents he/she wants to teach: simple text files, animated slides, additional materials, exercises and learning tests.
He/she can be an internal resource, an external partner, or can come from the customer's team.
Going on with methodology
A fundamental premise for a good e-learning activity is the re-planning of traditional contents for a multimedia format.
They must be built and distributed keeping in mind the perception channels activated in an online learning environment and a way of learning strictly linked to doing.
