eContent Award 2007 to Opera Multimedia
Two eContent Awards 2007 have been assigned to Opera Multimedia.
The first one, in the eLearning category, goes to the Business English multimedia course published by Opera Multimedia & British Institutes. Jury's special mention goes to the CD-ROM “Italian stories - Interactive readings to learn italian as a second language”, developed by Opera Multimedia jointly with the University of Padova.
The eContent Award is one of the most important international prizes in the field of multimedia publishing and new media.
The best Italian eContents which obtain the Award are then presented to the World Summit Award (Venezia, 5-6 november 2007).
The award ceremony has been held at Palazzo Cavalli Franchetti (Venezia) on 2 October 2007. Madame Sylviane Toporkoff (Global Forum President) and Prof. Peter A. Bruck (World Summit Award President) were in attendance.
